NEW OWNER REGISTRATION

To get set up with the HOA and get a password with access to the Homeowners Section: your title agent should have notified SEROA at seroamail@gmail.com of your home purchase, and paid any outstanding dues as part of your closing. This also triggers the HOA to update our records and you should receive an email in January notifying you of the annual meeting held every spring, usually in February or March. If you have questions in the meantime, or want to verify that you are on community update email lists etc., please use the same email.

Annual dues are, as of 2023, $360 a year, payable annually or monthly. To get set up monthly, you can also send a request to the board at seroamail@gmail.com.
